Schnapps Season Is Here

Been a minute - about a month actually. We went on vacation and toured the southwest by camper van. It was great and we saw a quite a few distilleries. Weirdly, one in Moab, Utah led me to discover that Utah is exploding with booze right now. The bartender at a local joint showed us at least five locally produced liquors. Who knew?

Now it’s the relaxy season for consumers, and the stress season for business owners. Well, I’m a business owner but I can’t sell anything yet, so I’m caught between relaxy and stress. Still on the hunt for a space, bummed that we are missing a top selling season, stoked to drink some schnapps!

We are currently working on perfecting a peppermint schnapps that’s going to be the enemy of all other peppermint schnappses.

In contrast to our other products, which are strong eau de vie containing nothing but the essence of fruit, this schnapps is more of a liqueur. Similar to our other products thought, it’s not too sweet. It’s a neutral honey spirit that nips you with peppermint-front, sweet back. Only additives: a touch of honey and a buttload of peppermint leaves. VERY good for skiing and other winter endeavors.

We will have to wait until next year to take advantage of the Christmas season, but with any luck we should have some of this product ready before Spring - if we can find a space!
