Extension #5

We just filed our fifth Trademark Usage Extension. Getting a trademark was a total battle, but after we finally got it, we didn’t realize you gotta actually USE it or you’ll lose it. That is, you have to prove you’re using it for your business, because someone else who has their shit together can come along and go, “Dude I’m in business RIGHT NOW and I’m using that name so…finders keepers :)”

Let’s hope this is the last extension we have to file. We need a place to put the still because there’s no way that joint is gonna fit in my garage!

Looking at a couple places this week. Fingers crossed. The gear should be ready by January at the latest, so even though we have a bit of time, the best scenario is to GET THAT SPACE so we can file our TTB docs and get everything in motion.
